Synthetic type of plastics are resistant to degradability and can remain in nature for many years, and most of the pollution are caused by the synthetic type of plastic material. Oceans and seas are the most exposed areas to plastic pollution. This contamination has received a great deal of attention because plastics can be ingested by mammals in the sea as food and cause their death, as it has happened so far, unfortunately.
All kind of pollution is important and has to be addressed and a solution must be found for them, some believe that marine pollution is much more important.
One of the reasons why, is that ocean clean-up requires modern technology and is still ignored and underestimated, despite increasing global warming and overfishing, even under different regulations and various laws.
So far, several ideas have been proposed to prevent plastic pollution in the environment, including restrictions on the production and use of plastic bottles, a ban on the use of plastic straws, and the support and expansion of water purification bottles.
This idea can be used to design a robot that collects large volumes of plastic wastes from the oceans. The robot can also be used for biological, geological, photographic, archaeological and underwater film-making activities.
This robot can be equipped with arms, legs and a camera so that it can cross obstacles and bypass them without any problems. The arms attached to the robot allow the robot to collect a variety of waste from the ocean, including plastic bags and bottles. The robot is also remotely controlled using submarines that receive and send information.
Additionally, a container in the robot should be designed to put the garbage it collects.
